What HeyTomte is

HeyTomte is an app for keeping an overview of your own finances, for personal, non-commercial use. It runs on your own devices and fetches data from the services you connect, with your logins and consents. See Privacy for what goes where.

A test version

HeyTomte is in testing and offered free of charge. It may contain errors, change, or stop working. Check anything important with your bank or broker directly.

Not financial advice

Figures, categories, forecasts and suggestions in HeyTomte are an aid to understanding your own data, not financial, tax or investment advice. HeyTomte doesn't make payments or trades.

Your providers

Connecting a bank, broker or other service is between you and that service, and its own terms apply. For banks, that includes Enable Banking's terms for the application registered in your name.

Liability

HeyTomte is provided as it is. The developer is liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise only for breaches of essential obligations and limited to foreseeable damage, as far as the law allows.

Law

German law applies, without prejudice to the consumer protection of the country you live in.
